CW Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every CW order. If something doesn’t work out, we offer a straightforward return process for store credit.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate your return.
Once approved, follow the return instructions provided through our return portal.
U.S. Returns Only

A prepaid return label will be provided via our return portal.

Each order must be returned in its own package.

Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive store credit as a CW e-gift card.
Note: We do not accept international returns at this time.
Store Credit Only
All approved returns are issued as CW store credit.
Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

Exclusive one-of-one pieces
-
Exclusive restocks

Any item marked “final sale” on the product page
Returned final sale items will not be credited or returned to sender.
Return Requirements
Returned items must meet the following conditions:

Unworn

Unwashed
-
In original condition
-
All original tags attached
Items that don’t meet these standards will not qualify for store credit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Do not use the return portal for these issues.
Instead, email support@cwrld.org with your order number and clear photos of the item(s).
If approved, a refund may be issued to your original payment method.
Return Inspections & Adjustments
All returns are inspected upon arrival. If items don’t meet return standards, your store credit may be reduced or denied. Any discrepancies will be reviewed by our team.
Right to Refuse Returns
CW reserves the right to limit or reject returns if we detect:

Signs of wear, laundering, or damage

Altered or missing items
